To register a new student log into FinalForms 

Under Parent, click on “New Account”

If you have a child in Canton City and need to add another child, log into FinalForms under the Parent tab with your email and password.  Click on “Add Student” in the upper right corner.

You can access more information on our registration page under the Student Services Department.

If you gradudated this school year, your transcripts are available on the parchment site until August 1^st. After August first, please request your transcript by filling out the transcript request form.

For anyone else requesting a copy of their transcript, please fill out the transcipt request form.

All school lunch menus can be located on the My School Menus site. Once you open the site, type in the school name, select the school menu and hit Go. All school menus will be listed here for 2024-25 school year.

Tickets for athletic and other district events can be purchased online at CCSD Box Office.

Students and Parents have a separate link to log into HAC. Both links are listed under the Quick Links Section. More resources for parents can be found on our HAC webpage. If you are having issues accessing HAC please reach out to the school office.

Log into  FinalForms 

Click “Update Forms” under Actions

Review and update the information in FinalForms and sign the forms again.

Student bus stop information can be found in the MyRide K-12 app for Andriod or iOS.
