Student engagement is at the heart of meaningful learning and student success. When students feel connected, involved, and valued, they are more likely to attend regularly, participate actively, build positive relationships, and grow both academically and socially. Our program centers on student success by creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences, organizing student-led initiatives and events, and connecting current students with alumni for mentorship and guidance on post-graduation pathways, including college, military service, and skilled trades. Through supportive relationships, enrichment opportunities, and interactive activities, we strive to foster curiosity, confidence, collaboration, leadership, and a strong sense of belonging for every student.
