At the Canton Regional Chamber, I worked on local business development within the Utica Shale. Our Chamber welcomes the industry to Northeast Ohio. I also worked in public policy, looking out for members' interests when business intersects with government. My past experience includes 33 years of daily newspaper journalism at The Repository in Canton.

My 10 years as editor of The Repository was the last of several positions as a journalist at Canton's daily newspaper, where I began my career in May 1974.
